Hello, and welcome to Plain n' Simple MC! We hold a server focusing on survival-based gamemodes, while providing a friendly playing experience for its players.

Server Rules

1. Do not be rude or use excessive profanity.

2. Do not destroy the property of other players.

3. Do not steal from other players.

4. Do not advertise other servers, sites, channels, etc.

5. Do not ask for staff, powers, or spawned items.

6. Do not leave half cut trees, or random pillars and holes.

7. Do not cheat, including x-ray, clients, mods, and so on.

8. Do not cause any sort of major server disruption.

9. Comply with and respect staff.

10. Do not perform any sort of deceptive practice.

11. Report any errors or suspicious people to the staff!

12. Do use common sense towards anything not listed here.

Relevant Plugins

• Accept Rules: Requires that new players read and accept the server rules before taking any other actions. This ensures that in the case of a player breaking rules, most excuses are disregarded.

• Orebfuscator: *This plugin changes the way the world renders by obfuscating what you see underground while using an x-ray client or an x-ray texture pack. This is a strong deterrent against any person who might want to use any sort of x-ray tool.

• Tree Assist: This is similar to Treecapitator, in that as long as you break the bottom block of a tree, the rest will fall and it will be replanted automatically. Hooray for efficient wood gathering!

• Core Protect: This lets staff members find and seek out people who grief and steal, and roll back any harsh changes made by them.

• Advanced Anti Cheat: This plugin keeps cheaters at bay, and notifies us whenever someone has any sort of potential to be hacking.

• Grief Prevention: Gives the power to claim land using a golden shovel. Claim blocks are accumulated at 50 an hour. Players start with enough to claim two chunks. We have also taken an extra measure to have any wooden and trap doors under any player claim to be locked as well, a feature that you will not see any many other servers that use Grief Prevention.

Other Information

• As you can see, our server is all about keeping players safe from the corruption of the bad eggs - what, with GriefPrevention.

• There may seem like quite a few rules, but most are common throughout all Minecraft servers. We just go the extra step to explain them further in detail as to keep players from taking a roundabout way to bypass them.

• The server is constantly updating its list of plugins to better suit the community, and we are constantly figuring out ways to make it a better experience. We may be a quickly growing server, but the best will never come of it if we don't keep pushing forward!
