Why you want it: i want to be staff because i really love helping people out and if i get this job i will do the best out of all ur staff because i am serious when it gets to being a staff and other people think i am just doing this to get the staaff but you can see me when i am staff on ur server. I really love helping people out and when there is a problem i like to talk it out with people that are having problems with each other and helping other people is a big part of being a staff. There are many jobs in being a staff but the first rule i learned is always respect every player that comes in the server and always help as much as you can. I really want to work with you and make the server big. Hacking in minecraft is such a big thinkg beause its so easy to use hacks in minecraft so i will be a look out while i am playing on ur server. This is why i want to be staff on ur server and make it bigger and better for you and everyone else.
