1.The staff and other players are extremely kind. Every time you join back into the server, they always say welcome back. Whenever you rank up, most players will say "gg", to really make you feel accomplished.
2.The selling and player shops are very convenient. This server allows you to sell in stacks when shifting, which make selling to player shops easy and convenient.
3.The high ranked people of the server don't pretend you don't exist. On most other servers, the biggest donor ranked people only talk with other donors and high ranked people, and won't respond to any messages you send them or anything you tell them. On this server, the staff and donors will always talk to you and it is easy to make lots of friends on this server.
This server is my favorite server. I have had a lot of fun on it. I rate 10/10 and would definitely recommend this server to anyone who is looking for a good prison server or just a good server in general.
The staff's are awsome and the owner is even more awsome!
The owner actully talk the peoples and help them out as he were a normal player!
The staff's is great, social and have a strong realitionship / friendship!

Overall just a lame experience.
There is NO nether/end so if you like good prison servers, don't come here.
You can't get netherwarts unless you vote or buy them from other players, yet you can consume quartz to get strength 2, so not having potions doesn't ultimately matter. They claim to be "balanced" but they are not even close to balanced. It's just like most other servers, it's a pay-to-win. You can buy OP items very easily and have a ridiculous advantage. (which is illegal and has been since day 1; now that Microsoft is taking over, they will be prosecuting those making money off Minecraft-related items/ingame purchases/etc etc to no avail.. So don't expect this server to last long as long as it has buycraft.. Illegal, but Mojang never cared, Microsoft made it clear they do and they're the ones who bought MC from Mojang..)
Overall, the plugin choices are decent, but no factions or anything once you get free. No endgame beyond just grinding away in lockup. I'd give it a 6/10 as I played there for quite a good while before ultimately getting banned by staff for calling them "useless fags" since they're disrespectful and bad at their jobs. Funny how they're allowed to disrespect you, but once you talk back at all... It's a ban.
Again, GREAT server if you're 4-10 years old or just a kid who never grew up. Very child-like atmosphere and not very much maturity among the players/staff at all really.
Note: - Also, none of the banned players have EVER used racism, this is just a tactic the loser owner uses so that people will just think the person was a racist and not care that a decent person was banned.. Don't fall for this moron's tricks.. They don't "protect their community" they just use and abuse people as they wish if they don't pay money to the server. The owner's greed is what drives him, don't believe a word he says. Just read the reviews of those who were wronged.
This server is great if you're a child from the ages of 4-10.
I have a standard for our server, minecraft is for a younger generation and where Microsoft fails to include any sort of filer whatsoever for a game that is not 18+ rated, I must be the guy who protects the community. My staff is not immature, they are simply doing what I asked them to do. I told them to be strict, we are not like most servers where kids can argue and bully and insult and curse.

This is beyond my control, but this is normal for a prison server, everyone get defensive about their shops, i have been on 4 prison servers this has always been the case

I have never seen a prison server have a nether or end, I have no clue what server you are playing, however there is no need for a nether or end in a prison server... you rank up through the mines and then have plots to hang out in. I almost never see any prison servers even have a free world survival map like we have when you get free. This statement is very ignorant to say dont come to my server just solely based on that fact you cant go to these place. This statement almost makes your review non-credible and makes me wonder how many prison servers you have even played

Netherwarts were introduced to allow plays to have an "OP" feel in an non op prison. Nehter warts are extrememly OP and therefore is why you can only obtain them through voting or through crates.

We are far from pay to win, in fact all items that you can buy in the store, you can also earn as a player. You can earn keys for the OP crates, you can earn kits that you can buy, you can earn commands such as /fly. I made so that if you are a dedicated player and rank up into the prestieges you get donor items. Therefore the ability to earn donor items as a non donor doesnt not break EULA and makes our server extemely balanced

This is not true at all, you clearly didnt stay around enough to find this out. If you type /ranks you will see there are many ranks beyond FREE rank. At FREE rank you get access to an entire free world survival where you can then get rare items and then sell them to people in the prison world. Also ranks Prison Guard and ranks Prison warden, you get guard keys and warden keys for free which are $5 and $10 in the buycraft store and by GRINDING and NOT DONATING you get FREE OP STUFF, again which makes us not breeak EULA

I can gaurantee none of mystaff insulted you in anyway shape or form. In 5 months of being open we have not had one staff complaint at all. By the way you talk, you sound like you are about 14 and very immature. Reading this makes your review not even valid. The fact that you would use language about my staff make you very Salty and Very butthurt player. They had ever right ot ban you and this is why you came here and wrote bad review, because you are a sad player, and cancer to the minecraft community.

I know every player who used racism below in the comments, i have documented screen shots of them using the N word in my chat. We never falsely.

All i got out of this is that you were unhappy with my non-op prison, and you got banned for being a dick and a immature person. The fact that you can call anyone else immature humors me, because reading this review you are the immature asshole here, not anyone else on my server.
And you call me greedy?? Yet i donated $388 of the servers money to charity, I've spent over $3000 on advertising to improve my server. I have never used any server donation for my own personal gain, everything went into improving the server
The community at-large rarely uses language but to be taken so strongly once a couple words come out (in a private conversation nonetheless, between two individuals.) is simply bad practice. I hope that you may mature to a higher level of understanding one day, but that day is clearly not today.
Nether warts are not OP in any prison lol. You clearly don't understand what good prisons are. That's fine. You merely took an aspect of the game away to encourage players to vote/donate/etc. Whatever it is, you've done so with motive, not good intentions. Believe as you wish, others can see through you. Money drives you.
You don't understand balance clearly, this is ok too. Not everyone fully understands community mechanics or how to truly balance things. Your words are not backed by your actions and your server continues to have a player-base of around 4-10 year olds, so if you would like to believe you're some kind of righteous person because you've invested that much money into your OWN server. Then you are not very intelligent and definitely not as good of a person as you claim to be. You donate very minimal amounts and from what i've seen, that's only if you make a contest where the top voters or otherwise can get 50$ for doing tasks every day. THAT is not donation. Even if it were, to donate 1/10 of what the server made you, makes you some kind of generous person? HA. You are lost. Go to church or something, you need to understand a better code of morals and ethics. You ARE greedy and driven by it, you want to get what you want and do as little as you can to please others along the way. You don't strive to be a better person or to help others any more than your wallet will allow you to.

Then every single server on minecraft would be shut down, because servers need donations to stay up, or else i wouldnt be spending hours of my life and my own money ot have a minecraft server. Also if there were no custom servers, then minecraft would be dead.

It is a plugin that lets me assign any boost to any item. It gives a player ability to be better, and yes it does promote voting, but that is just being a smart owner, something you have no idea how to be. Also I am glad we are the only server to do it, that makes us different. Also the fact you are using "lol" just make anything what you are saying very immature and very invalid. None of what you say should be taken seriously.

Ive been playing prison for a year, and been on 4-5 servers, I know what makes a good prison, our steady rise in player count and the fact we hit 100 people on at one time last month would prove that we are a great prison server and I do know what I am doing

never in my life had money driven me to do anything. the only time i look at my paypal balance for the server is to renew the server and to advertise. Like I said i have never taken a withdrawl of money for my self. All the money stays in to keep the server alive and growing

Very ignorant comment, you dont know the ages of my players. In fact everyone who applies for staff (and I've had about a 100 apps) are beween 11-23.
You make no sense when you are saying I am not a righteous person... each month I give away $250 dollars of free copons in the buycraft store. When I saw we had more money then the server needed to stay alive, I donated a percentage to charity. How does this make me a bad person? Each month I am givnig away free money... You tell me what server owner does that, and why that makes me a bad person.
Maybe one day when you grow up a bit and learn some things about life you can come back as a better person
I am old enough to be your dad, I'm fairly sure you no nothign about life or life ambitions. The fact that you are critizing a minecraft server (and very igorantly at that) should show how much you really need to grow up and get a life dude. Seems people like you forget that the ONLY reason servers should be run in the first place is due to the LOVE for minecraft and it's community lol. It's unique in it's own rights. The ability to shift it does not change it's origins.. Simple as that. You can't BASE code off of minecraft if MINECRAFT didn't exist. If you want to run a server, you're damn right you should be able to fund it yourself. Period.
