why do you want to be on this server?: to be a part of a small minecraft community and to start making smp videos.
have you ever been banned?: once in classic, but that was about two years ago and honestly quite complicated.
would you be willing to donate?: Possibly
do you have another client?: I usually use the vanilla but occassionally will switch to spout for multiplayyer servers requiring it, or for filming things because of the built in shaders.
