Solo que is a server that does not have griefing but is survival, economy, Mcmmo,  and chestshop server.  The server is a community one so that means that the players can suggest ideas for the server and those ideas may even be put in. Other info: 

Citizens:

 Citizens have been added as a way to sell items in spawn and are soon to have questlines with rewards. Currently they are only used for selling and buying items. They are scripted so they will soon be able to wander around spawn to act more like humans.Citizens are also going to be able to be hired to build as well in the future, this will take some time though so make sure to be patient.

Applying for Staff:

Applying for staff is still a work in progress but should be up soon.

Mcmmo:

Mcmmo is basically like skills that you can level up and as you level up you get more powers. There is a skill for almost everything in minecraft and if you don't know much about this plugin then you might as well as just google it. You do not get paid for leveling up either and it isn't like enchantment level xp. 

Chest Shop:

Chest shop is self explanitory, although if you are new to minecraft then its simple to explain. Basically you can buy plots in the city to be able to sell and buy items with and from other players. This is a free economy where you can set the prices and have competition with other players. This will cause a supply and demand like economy and is all dependent on the community.
