The Game Barrel is a place for parents and families to read up about new games and make educated decisions on what games their families play. Rated "M" games can be some of the world's best games, but are rated "M" for next to nothing, there are also some games that so many young children are on, that the parents have NO idea that they are getting into some really crazy stuff. Online communities make and break games. We want to have communities with the Game Barrel that is safe for families and their friends.

On top of just having reviews, forums, and a Minecraft server, we want to expand to several other games. We have great people helping us and are going to look at taking on even bigger challenges for running other game servers and even giving away free games. The more popular we get, the more funds we get to use for The Game Barrel and give back to you all - ideally - in the form of steam games, game codes, and beta/alpha key invites to new and upcoming games.
