Journey into a unique MineCraft adventure on a server with friendly staff, play enhancing plugins, and more! We have plugins such as factions that bring you together with other players and iConomy, for extreme motivation. The setting and theme of the server is an old medieval kingdom that is the last of it's nation. You start out with basic supplies and travel into the wilderness to gain credibility. You start selling materials and gaining your small fortune. Eventually, a player gets on your bad side and you blow all your money to buy weapons to take them down.

Another well known plugin called MCMMO, allows you to take on super-human abilities to enhance your gameplay. You can take down small trees in a single click, make massive craters with a pickaxe and more.

We have mob arena and PvP arena where you can challenge other players, or just challenge yourself to see how far you can survive among a hoard of mobs.

We also do something that other servers don't where you get rewarded for playing!  With each hour played, you get one diamond!

Update: Alex and I have been making a decision on which server hosting company we would like to use.  Due to lost items, we will also be using an entirely new map for TLK with some familiar structures and items redone to match our original map in a new way.  We will begin working on schematics tonight in order to have the server up and running as soon as possible.

I'm surprised to see so many people posting about the server.  Alex and I have recently decided to work on getting the server back up under the same name.  I will try and keep all of you that are interested updated, just know that it will be a working progress and it may take some time for us to bring The Last Kingdom back to it's original glory. can you at least give us an update on how soon or late we have to wait for this server to be back up? it's been an eternity since i played this and i'm starting to lose hope. at least a update on how much longer i have to wait would be much appreciated...

Alxben and I have decided to resume our work on the server. We had some troubles with the server box which is a primary reason why the server has been down for so long.  Between my going out of state for school and his school starting there, we have both been very busy.  I greatly appreciate your support and I will keep you updated as we work to create a newer and better server on TLK.

As I said in the comment below, we previously whitelisted the server only to repair/redo the damage done, you should be able to log in now

Earlier today, someone by the name of PixelBlocker was able to hack/grief the server by unknown means; He was somehow able to op himself (without the use of console) and deop me (KeatonO) as well as ban me.  He has been ipbanned from the server, but unfortunately before I was able to ban him through the console he replaced the original spawn with air using worldedit and saved the map, thus preventing us from being able to roll it back.  As of now, Alxben95 and I have whitelisted the server until we have fixed it.  If we are unable to fully fix the original spawn, we will be using an alternate world file from a previous server that Alex was an owner on (while of course saving the original world file and compensating players for lost items).  I greatly apologize for any inconvenience and we hope to have the NEW and IMPROVED Last Kingdom up again soon.  See you all there!

Heya CinnamonBunKid, I was wondering why I can't get onto your server at the moment, I mean, on PlanetMinecraft it says that the server is online, but on my Minecraft I can't seem to be able to reach the server.
Any help?

Hey Planet! Yeah, like Cinn said MCDirect has been having some trouble which disallows the owner and I to access the servers console and server files which basically means that if the server "end of streams" during that time, we are virtually unable to restart the server.  Apologies for these problems and hopefully we won't have anymore in the near future!

I am not quite sure, but MineCraft DIrect, our hosting company, has been having some troubles so it may have been down for a bit when you tried to get on.
