We at Tux2's Minecraft Server take minecrafting seriously. With strong anti-griefing protection, a team of plugin devs available, and a dedicated player base we are one of the best around. We also have something for just about every Minecrafter as well, building, mining, exploring, and survival being key elements. We keep a survival "vanilla" feel to the game with un-nerfed creeper explosions, a natural day/night cycle, and weather.

We also cater to the builders as well though giving them peace of mind when they build in the survival world with creeper explosions that heal in time, super easy self protection management of your builds, with logging of all activity that goes on within the server. We also have a 100% creative world as well if the thought of fighting mobs off at night and gathering resources isn't your style. With unrestricted placement of water, tnt, lava, and fire in this world it is a bit harder to get into but if you stick around long enough you'll be able to enter it. The creative world has vanilla flying enabled with unlimited items and instant break as well.

In addition to these already cool features we also have a slew of tweaked plugins to make things just a bit more exciting and different from any other server you have visited. With skill levelling you can hone your skills in herbalism, taming, mining, fighting, they run the gamut. We also have craftable sponges on the server that act just like they used to in classic, but there's more! Our sponges not only absorb water but fire and even lava! We have a strong economy on the server with which you can buy and sell things in the malls or player owned shops all displayed for your viewing pleasure on half blocks, not some boring old chests. With automatic chest claims and easy to use grief prevention that is simple enough for any one we make sure you don't get griefed.
