Best server EVUR!

I am new to how plugins work, and I am new to server administration.

well on a mcbestcraft server im Moderator it has about over 80 people a day Io ve been promote alot of times they owner is cybersick99 he is 36 its a good server im use to moderating banning and kicking when somebody says fuck you I dono t just ban them i give them a warning theirs and auto kick for anybody with caps or spam and yes im pretty busy with that server but i want to have a fresh start. :D
Situation: A player enters the server claiming to be from Planet Mine craft. They ask to be promoted or given flying permissions to temporarily check out the server. How do you react to this situation and what do you do?(minimum 100 words)
i say well we all know that trick i may give him a warning and if he asks again il kick him if he comes back on and he dose it again about 2 times i will kick him he dose it again i will mute him for 2 minutes then if he dose it again temp ban for and hour then if he dose it again ask a staff for permition to ban him or if their are no other staff on ban him my self :D

i feel like i want to be Staff because Its a Big community i rekon i could be good at and idearist or pixle arter i can moderate all the time im pritty much on all the time like School days 3:20pm 11pm weekends 10am to 12 (MIDNIGHT) i rekon i would be a good Mod because ive got a Great heart a good persinalerty and Yeh GOOD LUCK TO ME!
