I kind felt like expressing my art talent (that my family SAYS i have x3 but i don't think i do) into an Oc <3

The story that she believes
When Neon was just a new born she started showing strange behaviour towards shiny and neon colours (such as the ones on the top three rows) and it was decided that her name would be Neon, from that day on she didn't care about what people said about her name she just knew that she loved Neon colours. Finally when the time came that she would start school she found it easy to make friends because of her artistic talent, and also because of this talent her nickname was Arty when she was in high school, it was in high school in fact where she met Lacey and Daisy with strange hair and personalities she was drawn to them and they are still friends today with not many bumped in their friendship road, she is still in high school working on making her art the best! with lots of neon colours and sparkles <3
The story that is true
When the creator (me ^-^) was watching Bleach on the 26th of January she looked over at her scrap book while the into was going on and decided to draw a 3d minecraft skin, once she finished the skin the creator thought it was a nice skin and decided to make pointers to what colour each piece of clothing was, after she finished that she watched a few more episodes of bleach and got bored and decided to see if she had any requests she wants done, after seeing that were was more than she wanted atm she went on minersneedcoolshoes and pondered for about 5 minutes and started drawing the character she had drawn and with that she finished the basic colours and shaded the skin she then went to watch more bleach because hey BLEACH IS EPIC AND LIKE HOLLOWS AND ZANGETSU AND LIKE STUFF eh emm back to the story... after about 6 episodes she got bored again and started shading the hair and clothes and finished it a bit different from the drawing, when was was done she couldn't decide on the name Neon or Arty, she looked to her friend Laurenangels_ on Skype and asked her opinion, it being like late for Lauren she decided to choose both, Neon as the name and Arty as the nickname, then she wrote down likes, dislikes, personality and the story, now here we are...
Please like if you enjoyed both my stories x3 i think they were kinda cool... the top one is the story I think if she was real she would have and the second one is just... how i came up with her xD
