I didn't fear this challenge for the clowns it would create, but for the clown I would create.
(In other words, I don't like this contest because I have no ideas for it).

So, when I checked the clock, there was two hours left of the contest, so I quickly through this together in 15 mins. Also, to keep it interesting, I only used 10 colours.
