Andrew Lesario was an average 15 year old guy. He went to a well renowned private school, and he was from a wealthy family. His father, William Lesario, worked as a chemical engineer and scientist. His mother, Ellen Lesario, taught English at the school he went to. Andrew had it all; he was good looking, smart, popular, and rich.
All of that changed the day an accident occurred in the laboratory where his father worked...
His father was working for the government on a cure for cancer. The vaccine was tested on human patients, and at first it miraculously seemed to work! But just as it was about to be released to the public, a reaction occurred inside one of the patients' bodies. The patient had a siezure and immediately lost all of her mental and muscle memory. But the worst part of it was that she started to become mutated; parts of her body became deformed, rotten, and putrid. Before the scientists could do anything, the patient bit and infected several people. The infected people in turn bit and infected many others. The virus spread like wildfire, not even close to being shut down. It eventually spread across the continent, until Earth was crawling with zombies.
By some small spark of luck, Andrew somehow escaped and found refuge within an abandoned mansion, where he currently resides with many resources, but no survival skills.
