The skin is just fine in it's colour, the hair is great and so is the face. However, I think you're putting the highlights on the arms in the wrong places The top of the arm shouldn't be so dark, instead try adding some of those lighter tones you used in the middle of the arms and put some of them on the top with dark tones being more down at the hands.
