This was a Skinning Event organized by DinowCookie :D I'm so happy!
About the Skin
Although I am not emo, I do in fact have a little emo in me! I decided to let it show in this skin! It shows a small portion of my inner being, LAWL ;D
How I started Skinning
I started skinning as soon as I found out that I could download a program to create my very own! Although I am a boy, I slightly enjoy designing clothes XD, I know it's kinda weird, but I do anyways. I thought that I could create nice skins for myself and others in the Minecraft community. The experience and leveling system of PMC also motivated me to create skins. I love getting awards and gaining XP. For some reason, I'm really addicted to earning awards and points etc. My first skin was created to be part of the PMC March Original Superheros Vs. Villains contest. SEB, Super Emo Boy, was my very first skin! :D I also hated Steve -__- I found him completely ugly.
My Opinion on PMC
First of all, I want to say that I absolutely LOVE PMC and spend a LOT of time on it XD. PMC is the ultimate community Minecraft community sharing source. I love the system and those who run it. It allows me to give and get feedback and share Minecraft with the population. I enjoy uploading submissions and receiving feedback and experience. I will upload something, and then I'll sit and refresh the page, just to constantly check for messages, comments, downloads, etc.
Although PMC is all glorious and I enjoy having the use of it, at times, it can be VERY frustrating. Because PMC is so awesome, it is extremely popular with high site traffic. This causes a lot of lag and sometimes all together crashes the site. :( It makes me extremely anxious, sitting and waiting for PMC to come back on. I most certainly always have PMC open on one of my internet browser's tabs which I periodically refresh throughout my time online.
My Idea To Make PMC a Better Place!
Have more community events like contests where users can participate and have a chance at becoming noticed or winning something cool. Having contest more frequently with a broader range of topics would be ideal, in my opinion. Having writing, poetry, art, and hardcore score competitions would expand the fun of competition and draw out the creative side of those in the PMC community!
I would also like it if people would give more feedback to submissions so that some of us wouldn't be so lonely :(
