Have you experimented using the 'parts' of the char.png that 'stick out' and cover the head as a helment?

I have and I find that they have their moments, and sometimes times they don't. Undoubtedly there probably is some helmet manipulation that could make this guy more than he is now, but sometimes the extra head-mass that a helmet provides takes away from the skin.

Originally, I did plan on using a helmet on this one- and I did. However, the head just became too big for the sleeker design I had in mind for this one.

When I do use helmet parts, I try to refrain from just over-extending the entire head and try to do something a little different. For example, on the first skin I submitted I attempted to combine the head and the helmet parts to create a hood (of which didn't turn out too awfully).

Sorry for the winded response, and thanks for the input!
