Good job on the face. I feel like you went a bit overboard with the little "dot" highlights. Maybe make a few blocks or lines or something to keep it from being segmented blocks of color.

Thank you, but about the 'dots' different materials on a skin will look different, for flesh I like the dots, but for leather I'd do the lines, I don't want all my skins to feel like the same material
