Its great, but on the picture above hes only has blue on one arm where as when i download it he has blue on both arms

I see your problem. If you want to use the skin with only one blue arm you have to wait for the new Minecraft update. :)

So I play 1.7.10, Does that mean when 1.7.11 comes out it will fix it. Also will I then have to download skin again or will it fix itself?

You just have to wait for the 1.8 update. Then you will be able to see the skin in game without downloading it again.

The skin still have blue on both arms, Did the update remove blue on one arm or add blue? I want the one without blue on his left arm
