Noise has been added to the hair, pants, shirt and skin. As well as some shading to the bottom of his pants and shoes.

You see this person siting down with its hands to its face. you ask it whether it is ok, it looks up (que dramatic horror music) SSSSsssSSSSSsssSSS.....

The skin is alright, but it reallys needs shading.
