Yeah they changed around the properties of a minecraft skin a while back in an update so old skins got switched around when applied to the models now. So I need to go back and fix them all :O

you go up to the top left next to the skin, where you see it says how many diamonds there is for this skin? You click on the diamond to give her one. :)
