Yet another horrid attempt from me for the monthly skin contest.

For whatever reason, when I saw the contest, the only thing I could think of was a kappa, which are legendary creatures, a type of water sprite found in Japanese folklore. For those of you who played it, Kapn in Animal Crossing was a kappa himself.

There's a few variations of, but the most popular one is the turtle version. I tired to make this look like Kap'n as much as I could, while still sticking with the origin of the creature.
