this was supposed to be for the skin contest (and it was made around the time it was announced too ;-;) and i planned to have a skin series, drawing, story, etc for this but then life happened and i couldn't do it :-;, will probably end up continuing the series later, but for now, here is some character i made. really like how the colors turned out; the design could be a better though... ._.
Krauss is the guardian deity of the elves of the forest. He himself died long, long ago, but his spirit lingers on and gives the elven people life and purpose. He has been given the wings from past guardian deities, which signify hope and happiness. He wears many sacred garments passed down from long ago, and each symbolize a moral of the elves. If you are ever lucky enough to discover the home of the elves, which lies deep within the woods, you will notice a golden, sparkling powder floating through the villages. This isn't pixie dust, but Krauss spreading his love and kindness all over. He dwells within the heart of the forest, deep inside the Sacred Tree. Very, very few people have ever ventured inside to see Krauss personally. However, little realize that he is always watching and protecting his people.
