Very nice, though the problem that I saw in the skin even before i saw your reference pics, is that the skin is mostly MJOLNIR mark V, but the back looks like a mix of mostly mark VI....

Keep in mind that although action figures can be great models, they are prone to inaccuracies. Here are better reference pics for the 2 armors you looked at...
Mark V (Halo CE) Mark VI (Halo 2) Mark VI (Halo 3)
Notice how none of the backs have that connecting thingy that the second reference pic has...

And notice that you made a skin based on 2 very different looking armors.
