Mr. Seymour Squiggles - The Sea Otter [Contest Skin+Art+Mini Story]

This is my contest entry for the 'Under The Sea' PMC Contest. I saw no cuddly sea otters, so I just had to add one! I'm so happy you used my contest theme suggestion! ^.^~Art and Mini Story have been added! :D

Mr. Seymour Squiggles was born on a sunny morning, In the Oceanus Kelp Forest. His mother and father were the happiest sea otters in their raft, everyone was rejoicing the addition to their community growing. They shared many wonderful moments together. As Seymour grew up little by little, no otters his age wanted to play with him. They deemed him odd and weird, because he went on strange adventures, and refused to eat sea urchins, which was a favorite food of the other young otters. He would eat other things, but never an urchin. Everyday Seymour Squiggles would stay in the company of the adult otters, or go on little adventures by himself, trying to find wonderful trinkets and interesting items in the sea. One morning, he decided to go on a diving adventure and found a very bright purple sea urchin, it had glowing blue eyes, and his spines were not spiky, but had rounded edges. This urchin was a bit odd, because it had strange features. Seymour was fascinated with this creature he found, they began to talk of many stories of their own adventures, he discovered the urchin’s name was Noblesse. He brought his new found friend back to the Oceanus Kelp Forest. Seymour was no longer lonely, for they had become the best of friends, an unlikely pair. Surprisingly, the other otters talked to Seymour once in a while, but they were also a bit interested in having a taste of Noblesse. He would of course, never allow them to harm Noblesse. As the days went by, Seymour was no longer lonely, for he had found friendship in a wonderful way. Seymour Squiggles and Noblesse continued to share many aquatic adventures together. As many years passed, he became an old otter, along with Noblesse becoming an old urchin. With their old age and wisdom, they taught the young otters residing in the Oceanus Kelp Forest, that being odd is not a bad thing, you should stay true to your own unique character, and that friendship can be found in the most unsuspecting ways. ^.^
