my skin for the contest :D

Liam.G.Wilson or Dr Wilson was one of the 10 scientists heading off to switzerland to work with the new 3 way particle collider. there goal was to create an atom that could power giant cites and also get a new element on the periodic table. there plan was to collide these 2 atoms to create ununoctium an unstable element which was unknown of its properties, then smash the ununoctium with the element neon to see the result.

when all ten of the scientists arrived at the particle collider they began. all was going well they successfully created the ununoctium but after they smashed it with the neon atom it started to go down hill. when the 2 atoms collided a brightish light sparked out and it was making a high pitch sizzling noise but it faded away after 10 minutes. now all they need to do was study the atom. the atom was sent out of the particle collider then into a capsule were they could study it close up.

but another problem came to be , the atom was letting off giant amounts of gas by the hour it must be a crack in the capsule. though the scientists could waist there time they put on the gas masks and walked inside the room were the capsule was. the atom was getting smaller every time it let out more gas. the atom would be full turned to gas in under 24 hours so the scientists had to work quick. after an 2 hours of examining and taking notes there was nothing else to do. they couldn't just chuck the atom away they had to wait until it turned fully into gas then wait for those gas particles to die down. one of the scientists thought that adding some mercury would slow down the process and they could take some more notes. everyone agreed except dr wilson but they went along with it anyway. as soon as the mercury hit the atom a enormous bright blueish light came from the atom. one of the scientists triped back and hit dr wilsons gas mask off. he struggled to get it back on but eventually did. after the light died down they all agreed to never do that again.

the next day all the scientists came back to pack up there stuff and leave the trip was meant to go for a week but the project was a failed attempt. :/ a scientist said to dr wilson that his eyes where very blue today. dr wilson ruses to the bath room. he look at hime self in the mirror and turned the light off. his eyes were glowing. every time he blinked they got brighter and brighter so bright you couldnt even see his pupils or anything. his eyes then turned back to normal.
weird dr wilson thought. dr wilson said he was sick and flew back to his home country the U.S.A. his wife and daughter were so happy to him back so early. and he was too. dr wilson decided to investigate if he could do more instead of just making his eyes glow. After a couple days he found out he could disrupt ecletricly devices when could but he had to touch it and he also found out he can make his hands glow and create energy balls when he wished. he could not fly though he could jump quiet high.

after a week of more investigating he found out he could look at very bright objects and not hurt his eyes he also found out the he could create small explosions from inside of and object out.

his daughters ballet performance came up. but it was crashed with two idiots try to mug the place. dr wilson knew what he had to do. he made his eyes full neon to try scare them off. the muggers rapidly shot at dr wilson everyone else screen and dropped to the ground. somehow to dr wilson the bullets looked as if they were travailing in slow motion. mr wilson dodged the bullets and stuck both his neon glowing hand in front of there faces. the muggers couldn't handle it they dropped there guns and dropped to the ground. when police and ambulance ect arrived they found the muggers were blind. a news reporter asked for the name of the hero and all dr wilson said was i am neon and ran off.

now dr wilson found out to more things about his powers that he see fast moving objects in slow motion but can't control it and can blind people with his neon light. he also found out two bad things with his powers. like that he can't breath near fire or flames because the gas he breaths out is flammable :/ and from time to time he throws fits sometimes small and sometimes large but can't control it since the mercury put him in a bipolar state. he got a costume custom tailored for him and he said it was for a dress up party. when it was actually for his super hero outfit.

now dr wilson aka neon roams around the streets fighting crime and stoping enemies. And from this day he is still hunting down his WORST enemy his power surge .

p.s some of the science in this storing may be incorrect but i tried my best to keep it real and the element ununoctium and neon are actually elements of the periodic table thanx :D
