1. I Suggest that on skin tones with saturation the brightest color will be more saturated and the darkest color the least saturation.                                                                            

2. On other colors i suggest that with saturation you do the opposite of skin tones so on the lightest color is less saturated and the darkest more saturated.

While that's true, I think he's a skinner deserving a level twice the amount as it currently is, which leaves him being underappreciated in my mind
