This is the original Protoman so he didn't have a symbol on his chest. The protoman with that symbol is from a slightly newer Megaman mange called Protoman EXE.

I hate this skin in the best possible way. Its made me want to play megaman on the gameboy, Battle Network 5 though as that was my favorite. This skin is quite amazing, +1 to all stuffs.

the.  best.  protoman skin.  ever.  the ONLY thing wrong with this is that i can't give it more than one diamond...  jus sayin.  here's where i would give constructive criticism, anything that could use some work, but this is absolutely flawless.  the shading and design are well put together, and you've squished the scarf/cape in enough so that it fits without looking unrecognizable.

sorry...  long comment i know, but i know skinners deserve more than "EPIC SKIN!!!11!!"
