Also known as Rebel Marines, these are less popular than their evil counterparts, the stormtroopers. They were seen in the beginning of the first (NOT phantom menace) star wars movie but not very much apart from that.
They got their ship taken by the empire, they miss even more than stormtroopers, but in the end they managed to destroy the death star.
