A Cartman skin i made in about 20 minutes.

I do know that some of my skins arent really that good, and some of the colors might be wierd.
Its really hard to do skins,draw and sometimes read, that is because i have a thing called Visual snow it makes it hard for me to do all these things so if my skins sometimes arent any good, i apologize but i cannot control this, nor is there a cure.
