Timmy was never an ordinary kid. He felt joy from burning creatures with his patented magnifying glass. He then turned 8 "accidentally" set his old school on fire. His parents pleading for insanity, they sent the boy into a Juvenal detention centre. He was then forced to go to jail, missing most of his childhood. He then donned his old super hero costume, then he gained super powers from drinking too much toilet wine. He then became a villian, named Super Evil Mad Scientist, making people pay for sending him to jail!
