Removed the bottom layer of shading on the Duffle bag.

Made the backpack less horrible.
Probably made it worse.

Fixed the backpack overlapping onto the side.

Removed the curves of the socks.
Flipped the backpack.
Removed the third color of the hair.
Moved the bandages to cover most of the hands.

Fixed the socks, which I had screwed up moments ago.

Changed the socks to make them curve like in TF2.
Added shadows under the strap and the bag.
Moved the ears back by a pixel.
Changed the colors on the edge of the shirt to make them less dark.

Can you create all of the classes? :D You should also make a thread on minecraftforums.net and have all your Team Fortress 2 skins. :D

I was thinking about making all of the classes, though the color pallet I'm using may be a little un-cooperative for that. I was going to make the Pyro next, by the way.
