This is the skin version of Toa Kongu from the 1st generation of LEGO BIONICLE.
Kongu was a brave and fun-loving Le-Matoran native to Metru Nui who later became the Captain of the Gukko Force and right hand Matoranof Turaga Matau. He was transformed into the Toa Inika of Air, and is currently the Toa Mahri of Air.
