This Tobi has a complete face under this broken mask. With a sharingan in his right eye and a rinnegan in his left.
I modified the original to have two eyes and 3d broken mask.

Make the edges (skin of Tobi) around the mask, a little bit darker so it has a little bit of a shadow. (more 3D!)
