Of course, being in an office building, there must be a Halloween costume party of some variety. Or, at least in your office building. While you were out, eating shawarma with your top-5 Snapchatters you suddenly remember about the costume party.
You, being the thrift-rat your grandmother would be proud of, decided to scour the bins and racks of Goodwill. Unfortunately, all the good costumes have been picked. What you are left with is absolutely ghastly, but for $15 on a time constraint it will do. This is what you came up with.

• Frilled shirt in aquamarine
  
• Hot pink sunglasses
  
• Purple belt
  
• Red feather boa
  
• Light pink ushanka (Russian fur cap)
  
• Orange tiger-vest w/ green buttons
  
• Blue cowboy boots
  
• Gold lipstick
