That's because I've already converted this texture pack for the 1.5.
I tried it anyway to make it compatible for 1.4.7, which is actually the case. For me it works, download it again otherwise I can not help you, sorry.

Good, but I'd recommend you don't use shaders for taking pictures, even though so many do.  It takes away from the texture pack :)
