The TexturePack isnt ment to change every block, mainly items.

(makes it so things like Wooden sword say Hatchet, Raw Porkchop
say Can of Bean 1/2 Full etc.)

Wooden/Stone sword = Hatchet
Gold/Iron/Diamond Sword = Crowbar
Raw Pork = Can of Beans 1/2 Full
Cooked Pork = Can of Beans Full
Steak = Can of Pasta Full
Cobweb = Wire (Updating Texture Soon, I know it looks crap XP)
Bow = M1911
Arrow = M1911 Bullet (IF optifine, mcpatcher installed, bullet shimmers (Animation))
Chain Armour = Ghiller Suit
SnowBall = Empty tin can
Iron Shovel = Wire Cutters
Water Bottle = Canteen

Paper = Bandage

And MANY more to come!

The Inventory has some special slots for bandages, ammo and the M1911
And probably heaps of stuff ive left out Posted Image

Soon i will be making a super realistic 128x128 version for those little better pcs.

Some things I had ideas for: random mobs for zombies/skeletons/creepers (maybe even the passive mobs) into like, tons and tons of zombies, leather armor being the cloths you get at the beginning, (that or the char.png) make the inventory slots a arma II green hue, torches being road flare, changing the bow, into the cross bow, Well! those are my suggestions.
