2101: A Minecraft Odyssey
2101 is a modern / futuristic style resourcepack inspired by the science fiction film classic 2001: A Space Odyssey, by Stanley Kubrick and Arthur C. Clarke. The resourcepack also contains nods to several other iconic science fiction films/TV series that inspired me as I grew up and which have stayed with me over the years.
2101 is especially crafted to give players a number of interesting textures with which to craft futuristic designs, technical settings and spacecraft interiors.
The year is 2101. On the distant world of Serenity, newly colonized, man has once more encountered the enigmatic black monolith. The first human contact with the mysterious alien artifact ended with the transformation of Jupiter into a dwarf star and the emergence of new life on its moon Europa, nearly a century ago. Since then, man has developed interstellar travel and charted scores of solar systems and hundreds of planets. In all this expanse there has been no sign of the monoliths or their unknown builders. Until now. What are the monoliths doing on this distant, earthlike world? Why are they here? As one of the first settlers on Serenity, it will be up to you to find the answers.

-- One-eyed brown and chestnut horse textures corrected.
-- An alternate texture file has been added containing regular glass, clay and carpet textures for users who want to replace any of the default textures.
