ok fine, here are some details.

Changes:

Creepers are now baby creepers, shorter and more happy
when they explode Hearts appear instead of explosion clouds, awwwww...
that's all of it...

Made using:

Mc skinedit (downloaded one)
Photoshop
pure genius ;)
