I know this has been made before BUT i think this i higher quality wich means you need mcpatcher: goo.gl/QeU3c important to use texture packs higher than 8x8. If you like it please give t a Diamond :).
The cool water is NOT a part of the texture pack it's the water shader mod download it from here: goo.gl/gbq85 (It is NOT my mod!).
