to have a good minecraft texture pack...
you must.
have everything match up correctly and make it look normal.
you can't know that this is one block by looking at it easily.
unless you outlined it

ur railroad tracks are off

In minecraft, most blocks are designed to tile, to make the game seem more seamless.
It appears none of the blocks in this texture pack tile.
Also it looks like you took a bunch of textures and just threw a couple blur filters on top of them.
