This is obviously a greenstone texture pack, its not very good, but I made it, so here you go

No, its good. Just change make it emit green redstone particles instead of red.

I just realized. I think redstone particle colors are hardcoded into minecraft. That means you'd need MCPatcher to be able to see it. :/
