I list what I have created on my own in this texture pack, even if it might seem similar to what someone else did first, I guarantee anything I claim as my own is due to my own work and no one else's besides what it originates from.

Unfortunately there is something added to the texture pack file when uploaded to Planetminecraft.com, and this makes the texture pack not compatible with some people's versions of Minecraft.  Therefore I host it on Mediafire.com as well to help prevent this from happening.  If you do not like using Mediafire because of all the ads, if you are using Google Chrome, CLICK HERE to get an extension to bypass them for a direct download.  If you are using FireFox, CLICK HERE.  I don't know any extensions for Internet Explorer, and I don't know anyone computer savvy that uses IE.


Please bear with me as I continue to update this pack.  It will be a while before it is completely finished, but everything should work fine.  In the mean time, enjoy.  If you ever experience any problems with this texture pack, or have any requests, or suggestions to help improve it, please don't hesitate to send me a message/comment.

This is a Legend of Zelda themed texture pack that incorporates Zelda themed items, terrain, mobs, and more! Most of the textures are straight out of Ocarina of Time, and some of it comes from a few other texture packs as well. Almost all of the textures are based on Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, and all fit the style of the series. Now you can explore the vast world of Hyrule/Termina!

I will be updating this pack constantly, so keep your eyes open for new updates!

Here are some FAQs for your convenience:

Can you tell me how to install this Texture pack?
PC: Open Minecraft, click on "Texture Packs," click on "Open texture pack folder," drag and drop Majoras Craft.zip file into folder, close folder, click on Majoras Craft icon in game, done.
Mac:  Should be the same as PC, if not, download texture pack, in another window go to "Library>Application Support>minecraft>texturepacks," drag and drop into "texturepacks'" open Minecraft, click on "Texture Packs," click on Majoras Craft icon in game, done.

What's wrong with your texture pack?  First make sure you have tried both the PlanetMinecraft and Mediafire downloads for the texture pack.  Secondly, make sure you have the most current available version of Minecraft required for the texture pack, including the SNAPSHOT if I don't list that it is compatible with the most recent public version of Minecraft.  If different skinned mobs are not appearing, you need to make sure Randomobs is enabled.  Otherwise I'm not a mind reader, so send me a screenshot and message me all the details so I can work on fixing it.  If you don't tell me, I don't know.

Why do you have other stuff in your texture pack from other Zelda games and other games that are unrelated?  There is a limit to how much stuff there is in those two games, not only does the description SAY that I take things mostly from other Zelda games to fill in the blanks that Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask just can't fill, other Zelda games sometimes can't make up that gap either, but I try and make sure the texture is something you could expect to see in a 64 game, hopefully a Zelda 64 game.

Minecraft has been updated, didn't you know?  Odds are I do by the time I'm reading your comment, I don't have internet at home, so whenever I get on, the Mojang site is usually the first site I look at, and I get all the update information I need between that and YouTube.

Are you going to update?   Yes, be patient, I try to keep this texture pack as up to date as possible, and as soon as possible, but I do have a life outside the internet, so I tend to get caught up living sometimes, so please, be patient.

That one texture doesn't look any different?  Please consult the update log, there you will see my to-do list, with it probably listed on there if I'm going to change it.

Do you support randoMobs?  Not really, only for one skin I had to redo for proper purposes. 

Do you support the Ather Mod?  No, but I will one day.

When will you support randoMobs, the Ather, or other texture based Mods?  After I'm done with my HD pack and done touching up both texture packs the way I intend them to be.  I will more than likely support randoMobs way before that, but it's mostly going to be a side project.

When will you be done with the HD pack?   Dunno, making a pack that's 64x64 from one that was originally 16x16 isn't easy, it takes time, something I haven't had a lot of these days, so progress is slow.

First!  WOOT!  Always feels good to start on a clean slate.

Okay, so there are some issues with the fancy terrain and some of the items, however, this is the beta of the texture pack, don't expect it all to work properly, that's why it's called a beta.  I will do my best to fix the problems on hand first, and then continue work on the rest of the texture pack.  One step at a time, I want to do this up right, for the sake of all you Zelda fans out there.  :D

Anyways, progress will be slow because I'm working on moving, but if you're really interested about reading up on me and more of where this texture pack is headed, if you take a look at the 16x16 Majora's Craft update logs, you'll get a better idea, that's where I spill all my juicy news, and you can get a better idea as to where this texture pack's direction is as well.  TTFN.  Have Fun!  :D

I'm still having trouble getting back to finishing the HD pack, so I doubt it, but it is possible, just don't get hopes up or anything, I have a lot of things on my plate besides my texture pack...   Ugh, I wish life would slow back down for a while so I can finish everything I need to do.  =_=;

Hi Koa_Neuva! I love this texture pack :D

I would like to let you know that there is this one texture pack that was using your textures from this one.
It is called "Sword Art Online" by DJludacris
If he has let you know already, then I apologize to both of these creators for being ignorant. However while I was using this texture pack, I had noticed several things:
1. The bow texture on SAO is the hero's bow from here
2. The wood is the same also
3. along with the chests
4. and maybe some other stuff
I want to tell you about this because 1. The DJludacris did not put ur name in the credits and 2. I know he is using your texture pack because of the hero's bow
I know there can be many situations that may cause this, such as DJ using another texture pack that copied yours. but I would just like to let you know. :)

lol  I'm actually working on that, it's just a pain in the butt since there are no good pictures online of the Magic Armor, and if there are I can't find them.  I basically need a 360* model of link wearing it to make it accurate and look good.  :/

Hey dude,
This is probably the BEST texture pack in the history of minecraft!!!! I always thought that Majora's Mask was forgotten, and it is my favorite game!!!! Just a suggestion, can you make it so that some of the aurmor sets look like the different forms of link? (Dueku Link, Goron Link, etc) That would be REALLY cool!!

It's among one of my favorite games as well, and I'm happy you like it so much.

I've explained the forms of Link thing to others, so I'll cut it short for you.
Answer: No.
Why?  Proportions.
Deku = Too Small
Goron = Too Fat
Young Link = Short
Steve is about as tall as Link
Zora would fit, but not without the other forms
So it's a no.

Great txt pack! ik its hard making armour looking cool when it's really bulky, but it's good. and i love all of the creativity you try to put in to make it feel like a zelda game. Diamonds for both txt resolutions!

tI Tried It With The Snapshot and it still says you Need the HD patch maybe Make a 1.4.7 Version So it might work with 1.4.7 Version Maybe The Water Will Turn Fine

This Should Have mod support For The Shields Mod For 1.4.7 It Would Be Cool.... and Koa_Neuva When i Use Mc Patcher and Optifine The Water Says use the hd Patcher on it Is There Some Bug with The Textures Or is It Something Wrong With Optifine and MCPatcher Any Way I Think You Should Try (i know it takes a While to make) to make the Fierce Deity's Sword Longer So its More Game Like Please...

I actually noticed that it wasn't very big in a player's hand not that long ago, so that's on my to-do list in my head already, but thanks all the same for pointing it out.

A good portions of the textures are HD, hence the 45% completion bar.

Hey, I'd just like to start off by saying nice job! This definitely reminds me of Zelda and has fantastic textures! I'm in love with this pack! Also, I'm working on a Zelda map, and would like to release this texture pack with the map. You would get full credit and everything. The map isn't even close to being done, but I'd just like to get permission from you early on. Thanks!

You are free to use the texture pack, but please don't post it with the map or as a new submission.  If you could just link it back to here.  Do that, and you'll have my diamond with your map.  :D

You obviously haven't used it, looked at the percentage complete, or saw that the same person does this and the normal Majora's Craft. What's sad is your inability to actually compare and research things.

I compared and researched them fine, and DID see that the same person used both. That is the exact reason WHY i thought it was cheap, because he just makes the same texture pack in a different resolution to get more diamonds and views.

Trust me, I knew it was you all along, I just thought we were talking in third and second person. if I was to make extra resolutions, I would put them BOTH on the SAME PMC page.

And I have made my own 32x32 texture pack, spent about 70 hours on it so far. I also never said anything about the texture pack was bad, it looks amazing and all, must've taken you ages and deserves the diamonds it has, however to make 2 posts for the same texture pack just in a different res is just... selfish?

Not really, if you look at the top users on here they actually have multiple resolutions on multiple different submissions.  I only have two submissions because the basic person's intelligence on the internet is next to 0, and there would be no end to the questions and criticism if I posted it on the same page, like "where is the HD link," or "you liar, this isn't HD," and so on and so forth.  I still catch a lot of hell for people being to dumb to understand they need an HD patch.  I would have it all in one if people on the internet were smarter, but they generally aren't.

I probably spend about anywhere from 40-70 hours a month on my texture pack, not to mention I'm making a higher resolution texture pack out of a very low resolution one, making things exponentially more time consuming and difficult since I have to redo every single one of the textures I had already done, or make new from the few I borrowed.


Not to mention if I combined it into one texture pack it would recommend people use the HD patch for even the 16x texture pack, which makes it more work for the basic Minecraft user, something I try to eliminate (which is one of the main reasons I haven't bothered with mod support yet).  The more simple I can make it for the average minecraft user, the more people like to use it.


So honestly I cater more to the needs of other before even thinking of myself, I'm glad it's done so well, but I wouldn't be anywhere without my fans.  The fans complained about the Diamond armor not being Fierce Deity, I made it Fierce Deity,  People wanted and HD pack, I delivered, even though it's consumed way to much of my time.  There are a lot of nonsensical things people will want, like the shrubs dropping rupees instead of seeds, but I listen, and respond to make everything about both texture packs the best they can be.  I'm always open to new ideas, but condensing both texture packs into one submission would just cause more confusion with my fans, and the less confusion I can provide, the better for both parties, not just me.

I can't hate on a guy with clear, well drawn out points, a good valid argument and great intelligence, and who writes Walls of texts like I do :D and the grammar...

Are you in school/university? If so I damn well hope you're doing English, you'd get A*s all round. XD But okay, thanks for summing that all up, I see I was wrong and I'm sorry. :) I checked it out, and it's very well made, especially since it sticks to the theme so well. :) Any tips? Mind checking out my texture pack an giving me some ideas/feedback? You seem like a pro at this stuff. :P

Also the lol at the end just completes it. XD Glad to find someone on the Internet with more intelligence and logic than a mole rat. :D Kudos to you sir.

I know four paragraphs was a little much, but sometimes I get keyboard happy and like expressing my ideas, opinions, etc.  Other times I wish my computer could read my thoughts so I didn't have to type anything.  Hahaha!

I took some college, I excel at math, English, and computers, but spelling has to be my weak point.  I would be up a creek without a paddle without a spellchecker.  But thankfully, unlike some of the mole rats around the interwebz, I know how to use it.  :D


I'm hardly a pro, but thank you for thinking that.  XD  I'll give it a look and tell you what I think when I have a little more time on my hands, but you might have to keep reminding me, because odds are I'll forget.  ^^;


I take everything with a grain of salt, laugh off or along with the rude and the trolls, and prove my point to the willing ears.  My friend told me something a long time ago that stuck with me, and always will "Arguing about something simple, stupid, over the internet, or with someone to dumb to listen is like the Special Olympics, even if you win you're still a retard."  :D
