Okay, well, first off, Inside your .zip file are folders, and you don't want that! You want all the files of the texture pack to be directly inside the .zip, but not in a folder. Or else most people will mess up the installation, and think you were trolling. Then look at the terrain.png. Your torches and stuff don't show up, because they aren't invisible! You have to erase all the gray in the background! You install your texture pack by putting the .zip in your texture packs folder in .mincraft. However, you need to go into your .zip, and find that folder you have. Then take the content out, and put it directly inside the .zip. Sorry for the length, but it should help. :D

Dude, run minecraft, press F1 or fn1 to clean the screen, then press F3 or fn3 to take a screenshot. Take a lot of them! Then go to %appdata% in the .minecraft folder there is a folder called "Screenshots" Upload those as your pics. Texture pack finished. :D
