Kyle_Crafty's Pleasant Pack

Hey everyone. I made this texture pack a while ago because I could never find a texture pack that suited my style. They were either too detailed, too dark, or lacked definition. I'm quite proud of it myself and I hope you guys like it :)

Changed dirt to a lighter tone, edited jungle trees, edited end blocks. Updated a screenshot to show new dirt. Added screenshot of jungle trees.

Finally got around to fixing the chests after the 1.8 update screwed them up. Also re added the lower windows of the doors.. forgot to change that too. Also touched up the redstone powered glowstone. Next update: Not bugfixes :D

They are like planks nailed into the block it's placed on, iron doors are for more "privacy" and I didn't want the bed to look bland so I did that. Crosses aren't always meant to be religoius, back in ancient Rome they were a sign of death and execution.

It's great! There's one issue that glares at me though. The ores in stone are very detailed yet everything doesn't appear as detailed.

It really makes it noticeable. Anyway you can maybe bump the detail up on some blocks?

Hmm I never really noticed that. I did work the hardest on the ores though so yeah you're right. I'll see what I can do later :) Currently working on a new mod though so anything else is low on my list.

It looks a lot better than most people's first, and there are some great ideas in there. The only thing I would change is the furnace (if it was made of wood, it would be on fire ;D)
