Macedoncraft
Macedoncraft is not so much ancient Makedoniacraft as it is a combination of the Hellenistic nations of around 350-250 B.C. This means that it will involve both Attic hoplite and Makedonian or Seleukid phalangite armours along with perhaps coin textures of Baktrian kings or Ptolemaic weaponry. Since I have only just begun the resource pack I haven't actually done much yet. And therefore I wanted to listen to what anyone interested in the theme of this texture pack wanted to add when it comes to ideas, suggestions, criticism etc. I'm mainly doing this because the term 'Hellenistic' was a very big one around this time. Greek colonies stretched from France in the west to Georgia in the east and Greek influence stretched even further than that, from France in the west to the Indus river in the east and from the Crimea in the north to Nubia (Sudan) in the south. So expect to see at least some influence from other cultures mixed into this resource pack.

Update #2 : by Lucinianus Aemilius 11/08/2015 5:54:48 pmNov 8th, 2015
After a long time of trying to (and failing to) increase the resolution of some of the textures, the alpha version of Macedoncraft is released! I will continue to work on this project even though I dont have alot of time nowadays...

First of all, the sandstone texture seems a bit out of place in some settings. For instance, in parts of the desert where it is naturally exposed or on the desert villages, the top and bottom textures do not seem to fit in very well, although they look great for a floor or ceiling. Second, I would like to suggest that you implement one or two more types of weapon textures, so its not just 4 spears and a wooden club. (also, perhaps the club and a couple of other wooden tools could be touched up a bit; the color looks a bit too solid and "blended" if that makes sense)
Other than that, everything I've seen looks great and I look forward to seeing what you add next.
Thank you for your feedback btw c:
