It's not finished but i already spend over 220 hours in this texture pack. I will updated this time to time.
 
Some guys say that using this texture they see the minecraft default texture instead my texture. So you can use this mod- "Optifog+Optimine Mod" -instead of mc patcher.(make sure it's the package that includes BOTH, not only the Optimine standalone) to allow HD textures and fonts to be used in Minecraft.

MODS I CURRENTLY SUPPORT:

INSTALLATION------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Save my pack's zip file to the texturepacks folder in your minececraft directory. (Do not extract!)
2. Click here to download the latest version of MCPatcher.
3. Run MCPatcher and hit Patch, then close it when it's done.
4. Run Minecraft and go to Mods and Texture Packs to select my pack.

For MAC:
1.open your minecraft folder in username/library/application support/minecraft
2.drag the .zip file you downloaded into the texturepacks folder in your minecraft folder
3.Run MCPatcher and hit Patch, then close it when it's done.
4.open up minecraft and select "Philips's realistic" in the mods and texture packs icon
5.enjoy!

Additional Details

This texture pack is not finished so don't worry if some blocks doesn't look right.

All images are made or edited by me. You can't find in google or other texture packs even 1 texture that is in this texture pack, because I made myself about 50% of the textures, 30% textures are bought in image stock, 20% are very edited images from the internet.

Hope you enjoy my work!

Oh and you could help me by taking some cool pictures with this texture pack. and giving them to me ;)

I just started making a texturepack and with my flowers and that kinda stuff i got a black background around the flower how do i make that invisable??

I took some screen shots so you can see the problem is and what is working. 8 is someone elses texture pack, 9 is when I switch to your texture pack. You can see they somehow mix together :/

Yay :D, might just be my computer I wouldn't be surprised :/ it is an almost 3 year old laptop now and I know the graphics card isn't a performance one let alone not even close to a great one :/

I'm still having problems getting it to work. I've spent the last 5 hours trying to make it work. Finally got everything to work with eachother. Still though when I select the texture pack I see default textures. I've done MCPatch and I've tried 
OptiFine HD A2 Multi-Core for Minecraft 1.2.4 and 1.2.5. I cannot use 
"Optifog+Optimine Mod"  since it is for 1.7.3 Beta. My problem is 1: The textures will look default except for cats, signs, chests. or 2: Textures are white and/or green. I can see the map is different, animals but terrain isn't changing it stays white and/or green. :/ I have started with a clean Minecraft 5 times and still having the same results. It also takes FOREVER for the textures to change from default to this one. Help D:

Well darn I really really wanted this texture pack >: I tried again for another couple of hours, With MCPatcher, without it, with Optifine and Modloader, with just Optifine. Still same problems. Signs, Cats, pigs, chests will show your texture. I have tried someone elses and it works just fine, BUT I did notice that your textures for the cats, signs, pigs and chests were still being used o.0 Odd?
