i have been working on one as well ;P
my first pack also.. 

however i haven't touched it for a few months..

good idea using mobs as characters :D looks good so far!

well, wen i change blocks it is allways black, so thahts why i do mobs as charactars, i hope i find a program where i can change the blocks, (i now use paint)

Everything is nice I think you are doing good on the texture pack but don't say to diamond,and sub you cuz people will think ur greedy or something like that and they might not sub and diamond.
