I think you've come up with an alright idea, but it was executed terribly. Think about rainbows, they are usually next to some clouds. Instead of making grass look like diarrhea, make it a light 'puffy' white texture. (and so that it tiles correctly)

Im not sure about other blocks, this is a difficult texture pack to make.

oh i know about critisizm all right i used to critiside everything and was in trouble all the time. I've seen a lot of texture packs in my time, and by and far, without a shadow of doubt, the absolute worst one I've ever seen. This took you what, all of five minutes? It's junk, utter junk. Who in their right minds would waste the few seconds of their life just to download this?
