Various tweaks to the some of the default textures (primarily item icons), mostly to make them more pleasing to my eye but also for consistency.

For non-distorted images, please view those in this imgur album at their full resolution; the screenshots there are also animated .gifs that alternate between Rakepack and default textures.

I'll likely do more edits in the future, but I've marked it as 100% complete since the textures I've altered stray very little from the style of the default and thus do not look out of place mixed with ones that I have not.

Notable differences from the default:

Prompted by Lapis and Emerald, each ore has a unique pattern
Tool shapes become less crude as they advance in tier
Many shading edits; most noticable on armour
Repaletted Gold, Emerald and Diamond
