Robotic Takeover




This Texture is a 32x32 Post-Apocalyptic robotic WIP themed pack with a hint of salt.

I've spent a lot of time on it and would love it to be the best it could be so any feedback or ideas for anything are greatly appreciated. This texture was originally a pack for my use only but I decided to post it because of all the positive feedback from friends.



Also if you have a idea for the hearts and hunger bar texture feel free to say so because im having a hard time thinking of something creative! And if you have a better armor bar or xp bar idea please tell me because I'm not to thrilled with the textures I have. I will give you full credit for whatever idea you give me.

I have spent a lot of time on this pack so if you have any ideas or find any mistakes TELL ME because I can't read your minds through my computer! And when you do say something, please be specific. It doesn't help to just say "I dont like [whatever you dont like]" or "There's something wrong with [Whatever is messed up]". Please explain what it is you dont like or what is messed up because I can change it to your liking (unless its something stupid).

Armor
Made the diamond armor and diamond armor items much better
Added possibly temporary gold armor texture
Edited chain armor a bit

Ores
Retextured all the ores making them more seamless with the stone texture
Much better shading on all the ores
Made iron ore more varied to look less like gold ore
Made coal ore more varied to look less like lapis ore
Fixed torch and coal item to match the new ore
Fixed lapis item to match the new ore and made it different from coal ore
Made a new emerald ore to better match the item and to be different from diamond ore

Misc stuff thats new
Made the clay block better match the item
New emerald block
Fixed mossy cobblestone a bit
Added a bit more noise to the grass top
added little bits of grass and rock to the grass side
Made iron door much less shiny
New smooth sandstone texture
New chiseled stone texture
Made birch wood planks slightly brighter
New Mojang Screen

Fixed some more alignment and misplaced pixel issues

A lot of new mobs textures
   Edited all the ghasts to look more robot-icy
   Added a whole bunch more chickens
   Made two different skeleton textures
   Made two slime textures (They look quite ridiculous I'll fix them later)
   Added two Enderman textures + thier pearls and eyes
   Made two iron golem textures (Need some work though)

Made the ender crystal and healing beam textures

Made the ender chest texture

Terrain.png Complete!
   Added pumpkin and jock o lantern
   Added brewing stand + item
   Fixed tripwire

made glowstone "glowyer"

AMAZING TEXTURE PACK. Finally got it to work in tekkit and man it is amazing. Best menu I have ever seen. I love what you've done with the buttons. I mean absolutely amazing. I hate it when menus suck they are always dark but yours is a little dark but with the simplicity it just works amazingly. The menus and every hand held item couldn't fit better the armor is a little behind but I see where you might have been going and I think I might be able to help you with that. The gui is done very well maybe a little fuzzy but that might also just be the res maybe one day we could bump it up? And the blocks are pretty awesome love the pumpkin with no distracting blackness. Bow is pretty good you did it very well. Congratz dude. your officially awesome.

Hey my email is [email protected] love to discuss this with you maybe make it into a real project? And also I think a fuel level for like hunger and hull capacity type bar would be a really nice feel for the mood this texture makes.

This reminds me of 1.7.3 TheBishopz's Fallout server and required Texture Pack! I miss those days... I just hope mojang would think of a point we we could get 1.7.3 minecraft.jars(or any version) same with the server for bukkit+vanilla :P

probably one of my favorite texture packs! i love the way the ghast looks! diamond for you :)  there does seem to be a problem with the pumpkin texture.. unless its just me lol but it looks like part water, part lava, part pumpkin..? idk it might just be me, but oh well lol

But anyways, great idea with nice textures. The rustic and mechanical look really complements the pack.

Do you have Vattic's express written consent to use his pack for placeholders? If not, you must use default and resize it to fit. 
Most textures look like resized stock images, they're too blurry. Add highlights/shading. 
Too many blocks have tiling problems; making gameplay almost unbearable.

I personally like the torch
Its supposed to be some sort of power crystal instead of coal and i wanted the torch to look robot-iky but everything ive tried looks bad.
can you specify what it is you dont like?
