Better than the usual simple texture pack dribble. But still, try incorporating more shading and unique patterns on the blocks. For example, four cubes of colour on gray for the ores is just...sooooooooo overdone. Look outside of the box and then turn it into boxes. Also, squares flowers is also overdone.
You're getting a lot of hate on this, which is not needed. But you do need to improve.
Only the unqiue make their stamp on the world.
